Why is there a travel fee?
We’re based in Corona and generally serve properties within about 30 miles. For listings farther away, a travel fee helps account for the additional drive time required to reach the property. Since time on the road reduces the number of appointments we can schedule that day, the fee allows us to continue serving listings outside our normal area when our schedule allows.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A few things agents often ask.
How do I know how many photos to order?
The 36-photo option works well for many typical homes. Larger homes, acreage, extensive outdoor areas and properties with several amenities may need 50 or 75 photos. Send us the address if you would like a recommendation.
Are aerial photos always available?
Aerial services depend on FAA regulations, airspace authorization, weather, location and safe flying conditions. We will let you know if restrictions affect the property.
Is a floor plan really included?
Yes. A Basic Floor Plan is included with photo packages for homes up to 2,500 square feet. Premium floor plan options with room measurements and 3D presentation are also available.
Can you add a fire to the fireplace?
Yes, upon request. Because a virtual fire digitally alters the photo, we'll provide both the original and appropriately labeled version for California disclosure requirements.
How quickly will everything be delivered?
Standard listing photos are delivered by the next business day. Floor plans, tours, video, virtual staging and other specialty services may require additional time.
