PHOTO RIGHTS AND USAGE:

• The agent who booked and paid for the shoot may use the media to market that property through the MLS, property websites, real estate portals, social media, flyers, brochures, digital advertising, and other customary listing marketing.

• The original client may also continue using the media in their portfolio, listing presentations, sold-property marketing, website, social media, and promotion of their real estate services after the listing has ended, provided the property is not misleadingly represented as currently available.

• The license is non-transferable. Media may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or provided to another agent, property owner, builder, designer, stager, contractor, publication, or other third party for their own independent commercial use without written permission from Rae Allen Media.

• The client's brokerage, team, marketing provider, and listing platforms may use the media on the client's behalf for these permitted uses.

• If another agent takes over the listing, that agent does not automatically receive the right to use the media and must obtain the appropriate permission or license.

• If the original client temporarily takes the property off the market and later relists it, the media may be reused.
