This is a question we get a lot… and the answer depends on what you want the listing to do. We’ll usually recommend what fits the property best… not just what’s more popular.

Some properties need maximum exposure, while others benefit from a more immersive experience. Here’s how we usually think about it:

Zillow 3D Home is usually the best choice when:

▪️ You want your tour to show directly on Zillow

▪️ Maximizing visibility is the top priority

▪️ It’s a standard listing where exposure matters most

Matterport is a great option when:

f you’re not sure what makes the most sense, we’re always happy to help you decide based on the property.
