When Should You Add Aerial Photos to a Listing?

Aerial photos aren’t necessary for every property, but in the right situations, they can make a big impact.
They’re especially helpful when standard ground photos don’t fully capture what makes the property special. Here’s when we typically recommend adding aerials:
In Corona, Norco, and surrounding areas, we often see aerials make the biggest impact when:
▪️ The property has a large lot or acreage
▪️ The location is a selling point (parks, water, views, etc.)
▪️ The layout or positioning is hard to show from the ground
▪️ The surrounding neighborhood adds value to the listing
When NOT to use aerials:
▪️ If the lot is small and there’s no standout location feature, aerials usually aren’t necessary.
For many homes, interior and exterior photos are more than enough. But when a property has standout features, aerials can help tell a more complete story.
If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to recommend what’s worth adding and what’s not.
